As the new guy here at Apollo, I thought the first piece I write about is why the Houston Astros deserve the presidential medal of freedom in 2021. What is the Presidental Medal Of Freedom?
The Presidential Medal of Freedom is an award bestowed by the president of the United States to recognize people who have made “an especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors
In a year that Major League Baseball is being exposed as fraudulent and rampant cheating across the majority of stars and teams, there has been one shining light in a sea of disarray.
The Houston Astros.
There has been zero connections to any Astro players cheating at any time or the use of any illegal substance like for example Spider Tack. We live in a time where the easy way out is to find an edge in a game that is so pure and clean and it sickens me. I am glad the Houston Astros are taking the high road and rising above the fray.
