Sugarland Skeeters, Astros AAA Affiliate, announce re-branding

It appears the Sugarland Skeeters will be re-branding as of January 29th. They’re throwing a party at Constellation Field to usher in the new era.

From the Sugarland MILB site:

A new era of baseball is on its way to Sugar Land – and it’s bigger and better than ever! We’re celebrating a new brand of Sugar Land baseball with our Launch Party happening here at Constellation Field on Saturday, January 29th from 4PM – 7PM. Join us and be the first to see the new look of Sugar Land baseball with an evening complete with great food & drink, live music, stadium tours, fireworks, player autographs and SO much more.

Stadium tours for just $5. Entry tickets just $1! Proceeds benefit Astros Baseball Foundation.

I, for one, can’t wait to see the new kits. The talent on the team from Sugar Land is vastly understated in MLBs minor league rankings and 2022 is sure to be another fantastic season for the boys in blu…well, we’ll see which color on January 29th. The Apollo crew will see you there!
