Week Two of the NASCAR season has come and gone with a hungry Kyle Busch claiming victory at Auto Club Speedway in his first win with RCR. Busch joins Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in the winner’s club for the 2023 Nascar Cup Season as both drivers have punched their tickets to the playoffs.
NASCAR now heads to Sin City as the West Coast Swing rolls on.

Hendrick Motorsports looked fantastic at Las Vegas last year with all four of their Chevrolets finishing in the top ten including a one-two finish from Alex Bowman and Kyle Larson. I’d expect the Chevys to be near the front once again.
Look for Kyle Busch to keep his momentum rolling at his hometown track in the #8 but expect the Hendrick cars to have a similar performance to last season. I’m expecting Chase Elliott in particular to have a strong day in the #9 Napa Auto Parts Chevrolet. If you are looking for an underdog who might over-perform this week, I think Erik Jones in the #43 may be worth keeping an eye on.
