The last night in Texas basketball blog will recap each game played by the Texas NBA teams throughout this NBA season. The Spurs have Wemby, Luka is still doing Luka Magic in Dallas, and the Rockets have hope for the first time since James Harden left town. It’s time for Texas to rule the NBA again.
Last night in Texas basketball Wembanyama went WILD on the Phoenix Suns in what was the best game of his short career so far. The whole Spurs team was firing on all cylinders as they built a lead that got up to 27 points in the first half. That proved to be just a big enough lead to hold off a late comeback from the Suns that got Devin Booker back last night.
VICTOR. WEMBANYAMA.

We all knew Wemby was going to be insane just from a size and skillset standpoint, but, uh, he was incredible last night. He was knocking down threes with ease, and then getting into the post for lackluster alley-oop attempts and would just nonchalantly put it in the basket. It was truly baffling to watch.
I just caught myself wondering why the Suns got a small guy on Wemby and then realized it's KD

Wemby is too tall it should be illegal.
