In case you’ve been living under a rock recently, after 10 dreadful years we finally are getting a new college football video game. EA Sports College Football 25 will be arriving in just eight short days (if you preorder the game), and my life is going to be consumed once again by my PlayStation.
The new College Football 25 gameplay looks insanely awesome, and I can’t wait.

Donovan Edwards took on college football 2014 content creator, Bordeaux, in the gameplay first look for EA Sports. After watching 21 minutes of the new gameplay, I am both ecstatic and also horrendously terrified.
The gameplay looks incredibly smooth, and nothing at all like the most recent six or so Madden games that EA Sports also creates. That was the biggest concern with the college football community, and I believe we’ve avoided that catastrophe.
Some of the new features include smooth analog stick work, new pitch animations and buttons, tons of pre-snap movements, and much more. The pre-snap movements and shell covers on defense is what’s going to haunt me when I match up against any 12 year old in this great nation.

I am 28 years old, and much like many 25-40 year olds in this country have figured out, these kids are so much better at video games than we are now. The shell covers on defense showing zero blitz and it’s actually just a cover 2 defense is going to lead to so many interceptions that I may just go ahead and order 3 extra controllers in preparation for the frustration that will occur.
Anyways, my mind and body are ready to lead the Mississippi State Bulldogs to a dynasty that even Nick Saban would be jealous of. Next week is going to be madness since the new College Football 25 gameplay looks insanely awesome.
