This season I’m going to write one good thing about each and every Dallas Stars game. A full season of hockey includes an incredible amount of ups and downs, but I’m on a mission to find the one good thing that stands out that the Dallas Stars did each and every game this season.
The Dallas Stars had a good bounce back win against the Columbus Blue Jackets Monday night. One good thing: Dallas Stars game 7 of 82 was the incredibly strong third period from the squad.

Thomas Harley scored a goal 27 minutes into a game where most people in the DFW area were not able to watch. Bally Sports had an outage after updating their app and sports fans across the country were up in arms. Us fans had to resort to illegal streams once again in order to catch the action in both hockey and basketball.
The third period performance from the Stars was the one good thing for me Monday night. The score was knotted at two a piece and the Stars needed someone to put the puck in the net. Enter Matt Duchene for his first goal in a Stars sweater. He sniped it in with force off of the rebound and the Stars never looked back.
Evgenii Dadonov and Wyatt Johnston got in on the scoring as well later in the period to add the insurance goals. The Stars dominated the whole period against a team where they should be scoring five goals en route to a win.

One good thing: Dallas Stars game 7 of 82 was the great third period showing. The Stars have three more games this week in Western Canada starting Wednesday night against the Calgary Flames.
